How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those last-minute adventures.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and used base layers cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, PACT Outdoors ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
